Amali: Where Hope Fuels Female Entrepreneurial Success
Founded in 2020 by Rasha Oudeh, a Jordanian businesswoman who lives in Switzerland since 2007. Amali is more than just a program; it’s a movement. Inspired by her own journey, Rasha Oudeh recognized the profound impact of early mentoring and this inspired her to establish Amali which is meant to support women owned startups.
The name “Amali” is derived from the Arabic word “amal,” meaning “Hope.”

Amali’s 6-month program is a catalyst for success. Through personalized 1:1 monthly 2-hour sessions, Rasha imparts her wealth of experience, ensuring that each mentoring relationship is uniquely tailored to the specific needs of the mentee.
Rasha covers the fundamental aspects crucial for every business stability and acceleration. From Business Storytelling, Finances & Budgeting, Branding, Marketing, and Social Media, Communication Strategy, Team Building, Legal Aspects, Pitch Training and Finding Investors, Fundraising, and Self-Management, our program provides a holistic understanding of the business landscape. Mentees receive guidance on crucial steps towards self-employment. We equip them with fundamental business knowledge, foster personal growth, and ignite their entrepreneurial spirit.

At Amali, we understand that each entrepreneurial journey is unique. While Rasha Oudeh is the primary mentor for all participants, we also recognize that additional expertise may be required in certain situations.
In such cases, we connect mentees with external mentors who possess specialized knowledge relevant to their specific challenges or industry. This blended approach ensures that mentees receive comprehensive support to ignite their journey.

Our vision is to empower entrepreneurs to enhance their livelihoods, contribute to their families, uplift their communities, and fuel economic growth. We believe that by supporting individuals, we can create a ripple effect of positive change.
Join us on this transformative journey. With personalized mentorship, we ignite hope and fuel entrepreneurial success. Together, let’s turn aspirations into achievements.
