Welcome to Amali Program
Founded in 2020 by Rasha Oudeh, a businesswoman from Jordan, the Amali Program stands as a philanthropic mentoring venture. Reflecting on her own entrepreneurial journey, Oudeh identifies the importance of accessing mentors earlier in life as a pivotal factor she would change.
The term “Amali,” derived from the Arabic word “amal,” translating to hope, defines the program’s essence. Its purpose is to provide support to entrepreneurs hailing from diverse countries. The primary objective is to steer them through the essential steps leading to successful self-employment. This empowerment aims to enable these entrepreneurs to understand the fundamentals of doing business while enhancing their livelihoods. Ultimately, the initiative contributes to the well-being of families, the prosperity of communities, and the overall growth of economies.

Taking it to the next level with seasoned mentors.
In the Amali mentoring program, we forge connections between individuals seeking guidance (mentees) and experienced mentors. These mentors generously share their knowledge and insights, empowering mentees to navigate challenges and make informed decisions on their path to success. Together, we create a supportive community fostering growth, resilience, and achievement.
3
Elevating knowledge through presentations by expert speakers.
Additionally, we enhance the learning experience by inviting expert speakers to address the entire group on specific business topics.
