Rasha Oudeh, Amali, Sucess in Business Life, GIZ, Frankfurt, Zurich

Amali is a mentoring network for Jordanian female entrepreneurs that was created by Rasha with the help of a grant given by the German federal enterprise GIZ. Rasha aims to train women with great business ideas in Jordan that are not financially capable of getting the needed training themselves and accessing mentors. The reason that this project is special to Rasha is due to her journey as an entrepreneur where she did not have the opportunity to access mentors earlier in her path, which meant that more time and effort were wasted in order for her to accomplish her goals.

Through “SHE VIP,” Commerzbank aims to promote the exchange of stories of successful women from different sectors of business, politics and society. Through a business lunch hosted by Commerzbank, Rasha was able to talk about her entrepreneurial path and answer questions regarding her career.

The Global Female Leaders Summit is a major economic forum for female executives all over the world. Every year, forward-thinking business leaders, prominent academics and important members of society meet in Berlin to discuss the most difficult global challenges of our time. In 2018, Rasha shared her story and career path at the Global Female Leaders Summit. She spoke about leadership, the challenges she faced and how they made her into the woman she is today.
